It's not all about the business and the cameras and the stories. I tend to have hobbies from time to time and I love to share them with others when I can. Here are some that allow me to do just that, my labors of love: Cooking and Cocktail Building. There's also Video Games, Exercise and Anime but those aren't quite as cinematic for a website are they?
Explorative Cooking
Growing up, I was always told to not be picky about food and eat for sustenance. But there's something beautiful about inspired cooking. I could never put words to it until I saw Ratatouille and Food Wars. It's a massive wasteland of endless flavors and combinations, and I love to share it with those around me.
Craft Bartending
Ever since I saw the movie 'Cocktail', I always thought that bartenders had such a cool job. There's just an air about them and kinds of drinks they build. Just as soon as I was able to, I practiced making all the classics and the crazy cocktails you see everywhere. And just like my love of cooking, creating new cocktails and recipes from scratch is one of my passions!
